FlexSci is looking for a highly competitive VP with extensive CAE or visualization industry experience who possesses executive capability to oversee sales and marketing efforts and increase the company’s market share.

• Annual strategy, forecast and marketing plans
• Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals
• Manage the Marketing and Sales team
• Business development activities
• Market analysis and segmentation
• Competitive analysis
• Initiate and recommend new or enhanced products
• Develop & produce marketing materials
• Customer relations (proposals, contracts) and satisfaction
• Pricing guidelines and management
• Backlog planning and monitoring (Sales operations)
• Maintain / develop external Website
• Coordination with subsidiary Management, Marketing & Sales teams

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years business experience in marketing and business development for defense and industry; creative and proven ability to develop new business alliances and sales opportunities.

Candidates must be familiar with industry procurement process, government and defense contracting vehicles and be able to research and identify business opportunities.

Proposal writing experience for large scale programs - as team member or leader - is a must.

• Identify and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing tactics for accounts
• Travel to close deals and/or develop business opportunities in targeted markets
• Meet and exceed business growth rates via sales forecasts
• Account management/business relationship owner
• Strategic business planning for incremental revenue growth
• Establish marketing direction from potential client/business segment identification to contract execution
• Devise and team with colleagues in strategic sales development and marketing roadmap for the company

Real time simulation engineer task:

• Participate in the requirement definition phases for the hardware-in-the-loop simulation facilities.
• Participate in architecture definition, software design and software implementation (in C/C++ language) of the facility interfaces to real hardware.
• Integration, testing and validation work with simulation models and real hardware.
• Facility acceptance testing.
• Technical management of the on-site activities related to the support and evolution of the facilities.

• Qualification in physics, mathematics, software engineering or similar.
• Strong knowledge and skills in object-oriented software design and development in C or preferably in C++ language.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and interface buses is advantageous.
• Knowledge of LINUX or VxWorks OS.
• Knowledge of CORBA and Java would be advantageous.
• Team-oriented with a strong self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities with little supervision.

• Fluent C++ development skills and Vast Experience Developing in Windows environment
• Requires direct practical experience with development/coding in C++ for Windows operating systems. The candidate must have general understanding of software development processes to include object-oriented development
• Experience with Design patterns, STL, XML
• Bachelors Degree or above in Computer Science or related technical field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
• HLA/DIS integration experience – an advantage
• Experience with C#, LUA – an advantage
